The 2018 campaign was another outstanding season for the storied Hoptown Hoppers franchise, finishing as runners-up for the Ohio Valley League Championship.  The Hoppers fell one game shy of capturing their third title in six years of operation, despite overcoming a slew of injuries to key players down the stretch.  Congratulations on another OVL Western Division Champions for your Hoptown Hoppers.

To our loyal fans, the players, host families, Manager Brock Moss, and our long list of great sponsors – thanks for another memorable season!  From great promotions (like an on-field wedding) to top notch collegiate wooden bat baseball action, to playing against former MLB stars in the post-season’s Inaugural Bluegrass World Series in Louisville – it’s been a blast.  We can’t wait until 2019 and we hope you will “Hop on Board” with us for next season.

Now the Hoppers (a community-owned franchise) will turn its sites toward building the 2019 roster for another fun-filled seasons.  Next season’s games will be hosted at Hopkinsville High School.  Coaches or players interested in learning more about the Hoptown Hoppers for 2019 should contact Hopper Board Chairman, Frank Giles, at 270-719-9064 or via email at frank@hbgfuneral.com.

Go Hoppers!
